PSTET 2015 was a state-level exam conducted by the Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) to determine the eligibility of candidates for teaching jobs in primary and upper primary classes. The exam was held on 13th December 2015 and the result was declared on 22nd January 2016.

The PSTET 2015 result was valid for seven years from the date of issue of certificate. The candidates who qualified could apply for various teaching vacancies in government and private schools in Punjab as per their eligibility and preference.The PSTET 2015 exam consisted of two papers: paper I for candidates who intended to teach classes I to V and paper II for candidates who intended to teach classes VI to VIII. The candidates who wanted to teach both levels had to appear for both papers. Each paper had 150 multiple choice questions and the duration was 2 hours and 30 minutes. There was no negative marking for wrong answers.
